- Carl and Caroline are advocates for social mobility, particularly for those who have faced adversity in the past – for example, those that have been in care or suffered early bereavement. Carl has worked serving the education and workforce development sector for over 18 years. As the co-founder of Construct, Carl has been embedded directly with universities around the world to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning content. His professional career outside education in the government, nuclear, and cloud networks sectors have still largely been focused on bridging the gap between higher education and employment.
