Alice served as a Special Adviser in the UK Government across three departments: in the Department of Health and Social Care in the aftermath of the Covid pandemic, Alice helped deliver England’s first Women’s Health Strategy, in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) she specialised in international development policy, overseeing the publication of the International Women & Girls Strategy and at the Home Office, Alice oversaw parliamentary legislation delivery, as well as immigration and violence against women and girls policy. Alice stood in the 2024 UK General Election as a Parliamentary Candidate.More recently, Alice has supported the Shadow Home Secretary, then the Shadow Environment Secretary with policy and communication.
Alice graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London with a BA Geography degree. Alice is a Pershing-Square Scholar.
