Transformational Leadership Fellows

Enabling distinguished individuals from the public, private or not-for-profit sectors to take up to one year out to develop for the next stage of their impact on the world.

The Transformational Leadership Fellowship is a bespoke programme crafted for a very select number of leaders at the pinnacle of their careers who seek space to reflect on how they might use their strengths towards a broader public mission.

Transformational Leadership Fellowships allow distinguished individuals from the public, private or not-for-profit sectors to take up to one year out (part-time) to engage with the latest academic thinking, broaden their perspectives, and develop a working proposal for the next stage of their impact on the world.

The programme is uniquely bespoke and centres around a series of private, one-to-one conversations with leading Oxford faculty in Oxford’s signature 'tutorial' method, which has helped make the University a centre for thought leadership for nearly nine centuries.
