Milan Khosla qualified as a solicitor in the 1990’s and spent over a decade with Kennedy’s Law firm and the legal department of Goldman Sachs. She recently joined Boston Children’s Hospital Philanthropic Board of Advisors.
Milan is involved in OakNorth Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility Programme, which supports numerous charities and initiatives across the UK, US and India focused on STEM education, mentorship, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset. One of the flagship programmes is "Mentorpreneurship" launched in partnership with the London School of Economics in 2021, the first university-run initiative which engages participants in a lifecycle of mentoring, ensuring they have the right mentorship throughout their entrepreneurial journeys. The programme has more than 60 schools in the UK participating and has helped more than 10,000 students to date.
She is passionate about early childhood development and has more than 16 years’ experience of working on initiatives to improve the welfare of children aged 0-6 years-old through various interventions such as schooling and curriculum development, nutrition, and teacher training.
