Sishir was Founder and Co-CEO of Episource, a healthcare technology and services company headquartered in Los Angeles, USA with global delivery centers in India and the Philippines. He started the company 18 years ago with one employee to now becoming a leader in the healthcare industry with over 10,000 employees worldwide servicing health insurers in the U.S with medical data acquisition and medical coding services supported by an AI-driven analytics and workflow platform. Episource was acquired by United Health Group (the largest healthcare company in the U.S) in February 2023.

Sishir transitioned out of Episource after the acquisition and is now focusing on his philanthropy efforts in healthcare and education as well as investments in Technology, AI, Consumer Products and Health & Wellness.

Previously, Sishir worked at Accenture in technology consulting focused on the Electronics and High-Tech Industry.

He holds a B.A from Claremont McKenna College (Chemistry) and a MS in Information Systems and E-Commerce from Claremont Graduate University, both in Southern California. Sishir loves to travel and is a big foodie. He enjoys music, good wine and is a big Basketball (NBA – _Los Angeles Lakers) fan. He has been a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) for 10 years. He has been married to Vidya for 19 years and has a 16-year-old son, Ishaan, and 10-year-old daughter, Shaya, all living in Irvine, California.
