Representatives of the Children and Climate Initiative have published a comment in The Lancet: Child and Adolescent Health, focused on agenda setting for COP31.

The comment argues for the inclusion of children and adolescents in the COP31 health-systems agenda. Specifically, they encourage the COP31 Presidency to include children’s voices and views in climate negotiations and to move beyond viewing children as a homogenous group.
