GO Lab publishes new report on collaboration and public sector reform

A new report by the GO Lab reveals that local councils are turning to their own communities for help to deliver vital public services.

'Are we rallying together? Collaboration and public sector reform' looks at how local authorities are joining forces with their local communities to overcome complex social problems. It explores 10 cases across the UK - including Oldham, Wigan, Wirral and Plymouth - to understand why authorities are choosing to collaborate, as well as how they are doing so.
