Group photo Transformational Leadership Fellowes 2025

The 2025-26 cohort of Transformational Leadership Fellows have now joined the Blavatnik School. The Transformational Leadership Fellowship programme supports distinguished individuals to take up to one year to engage with a customised curriculum centred around a series of one-to-one tutorials with leading Oxford faculty.

This year the cohort consists of six individuals who have established themselves in a range of industries.

Thomas Buberl is the CEO of AXA and a recognised Young Global Leader with a distinguished career spanning consulting, insurance, and executive leadership. He holds multiple international honours and serves on several boards.

Milan Khosla qualified as a solicitor in the 1990’s and spent over a decade with Kennedy’s Law firm and the legal department of Goldman Sachs. She recently joined Boston Children’s Hospital Philanthropic Board of Advisors. Milan is involved in OakNorth Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility Programme, which supports numerous charities and initiatives across the UK, US and India focused on STEM education, mentorship, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset.

Sishir Reddy, founder and former co-CEO of healthcare technology company Episource, grew his organisation from a single employee to a global leader with over 10,000 staff, later acquired by UnitedHealth Group. He now focuses on philanthropy in healthcare and education, as well as investments in technology, AI, consumer products, and health and wellness.

Jakob Stausholm is the former Chief Executive Officer of Rio Tinto. As Chief Executive, Jakob used his strategic, commercial and governance expertise to oversee the implementation of Rio Tinto’s strategy. He worked globally in senior finance for more than 20 years and served on several boards as a non-executive director.

François-Aïssa Touazi is Global Head of International Affairs at Ardian and co-heads its Investor Relations Team, managing strategic partnerships with pension and sovereign wealth funds. He also serves on several boards, leads the France–GCC Business Council at MEDEF International, and brings a strong background in diplomacy and international finance.

Dana Wagner brings extensive experience in both technology and government, having served as Chief Legal Officer at Twilio and Impossible Foods, and as founding General Counsel of Square. He also held key roles at Google and the U.S. Department of Justice, and currently advises multiple organisations in technology, cryptocurrency, and environmental law.

The cohort will now begin their development journey at the School, drawing from the knowledge and expertise here to prepare themselves for the next stage of their impact in their respective fields.
