Speaker biography

K. Annamalai is an Indian politician and former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer. He served as the Deputy Commissioner of Police in South Bengaluru before transitioning to politics in 2020, joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Today, Annamalai serves as the State President of BJP-Tamil Nadu, making him the youngest person to hold this office in the party's history.
