Tom Hale contributes to UN Yearbook of Global Climate Action 2018

Thomas Hale, Associate Professor in Public Policy, has contributed to the United Nations Yearbook of Global Climate Action 2018. The yearbook is a review on the progress to date of sub/non-state actors and transnational cooperative initiatives in advance of COP24 climate summit in Katowice.
