Thomas Hale, Associate Professor in Public Policy, attended WEF's Annual Meeting of the Global Future Councils in Dubai.

He was a Council Fellow in the Global Future Council on Geopolitics, and gave a talk at the United Arab Emirates Prime Minister’s office on the future of regional economies in a globalised world.
