Yue-Yi Hwa and Heather Leigh Kayton at the What Works Hub for Global Education have published an article documenting the shifts in professional norms observed during a field visit to Hisar district in Haryana, India, hosted by consortium partner the Language and Learning Foundation (LLF).
The findings show encouraging signs of collaborative, problem-driven approaches emerging in Hisar, where LLF works alongside district government to support foundational literacy and numeracy under Haryana's NIPUN mission.
