Madhukar Reddy Banuri, Siddesh Sarma and Yue-Yi Hwa at the What Works Hub for Global Education have published an article examining how non-profit–government partnerships can drive education reform at scale.

The findings show that combining data-driven needs assessments, co-creation of materials with government stakeholders, and locally contextualised implementation can significantly improve learning outcomes, with measurable gains in literacy and numeracy among students.
