James Walsh, currently styding for a DPhil at the Blavatnik School as well as working as an economist for the World Bank, has co-authored a policy research working paper for the World Bank.
"The Whys of Social Exclusion - Insights from Behavioral Economics" is co-authored with Karla Hoff and examines the forces that prevent people from participating fully in society and that are left out of rational choice theory.
