Abstract

The Pathways for Prosperity Commission's new report, The Digital Roadmap: How developing countries can get ahead urges poorer countries to ‘switch on economies’ for the digital age to avoid losing out.

It is accompanied by the Digital Manifesto which outlines 10 steps to help poorer countries achieve technological transformation.
