Wei Lin, known as Vivi, is a Taiwanese activist dedicated to period equity, sexual and reproductive health, gender equality, DEI, and human rights, with a decade of experience. As the founder of 'With Red', her non-profit has impacted millions, promoting menstrual justice and youth empowerment worldwide. She established the world's only 'Period Museum' and introduced a pioneering menstruation course at National Taiwan University, where she also lectures.

Since 2022, Vivi has advised the Taiwan central government on youth, gender, and global affairs. Recognised as a global youth icon, Vivi has received prestigious awards, including Forbes 30 Under 30, Diana Legacy, HundrED Gender Responsive Education Award, and Tatler Gen.T. Her work has been featured in numerous global publications. Committed to period equity and human rights, she has delivered over 200 keynotes and written more than 300 articles, fostering change across the world.
