Sah Hee (Sam) is a UK civil servant with almost five years of experience working at the Department for Business and Trade. Sam has worked through many challenging periods, including navigating policymaking during the Covid pandemic, the post-Brexit landscape and working under four different Prime Ministers.

Sam's most recent role was as Trade Strategy Advisor, working on a wide array of cross-cutting projects to help set the future direction of the department's trade strategy. Her primary interests lie in tackling climate change and forced labour through the prism of trade policy. Sam is a proud British born Korean and was born and raised in London.
