Noah is an Australian lawyer and political strategist from New South Wales. His father is South African, and his mother is Indigenous Australian. Currently, he is the Director of Policy and Strategy at a leading policy think tank at the Australian National University and holds advisory roles for the Law Council of Australia and the First Peoples Assembly. Noah comes to the MPP with diverse expertise across public law, management consulting, philanthropy and politics, having previously held roles at McKinsey, the Paul Ramsay Foundation and more recently as senior advisor to prominent Indigenous Senator Patrick Dodson in the Australian Federal Parliament. He is particularly concerned with developing models of best practice in policymaking with Indigenous peoples and differing jurisdictional approaches to Indigenous self-determination and national building. Noah holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons 1st Class) from UNSW, where he was awarded the Valedictorian Medal and the John Monash Scholarship 2025.
