Fahad was born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq. He graduated from the United States Military Academy Summa Cum Laude, as an International Affairs major/Cyber Engineering track - with a focus on Middle Eastern relations.
Fahad has worked within the Office of the National Cyber Director in the White House and interned with Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Pentagon. Previously, he completed a Master of Science at Oxford where his thesis explored the impact of U.S. Military education and training on its foreign graduates.

Fahad is passionate about national security innovation and middle eastern foreign policy. Outside of work, he enjoys boxing, traveling, amateur level golf, and running trails. Fahad is a Rhodes scholar.
