biography

Fahad was born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq. He graduated from the United States Military Academy Summa Cum Laude, as an International Affairs major with a focus on Middle Eastern relations, and served as a cadet Regimental Commander overseeing 1,200 cadets.
Fahad interned with the Office of the National Cyber Director in the White House and Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Pentagon. He completed an MSc in Education (International and Comparative). His thesis explored the impact of U.S. Military leadership education training on its international graduates.

Fahad is passionate about national security and middle eastern foreign policy. Outside of work, he enjoys boxing, traveling, amateur level golf, and running trails. Fahad is a Rhodes scholar.
