Chanipa is a plan and policy analyst at the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council in Thailand, where she contributes to major national initiatives, including the 14th National Economic and Social Development Plan. Chanipa played a core role in introducing strategic foresight into national planning and collaborated with the OECD and other partners on horizon scanning, scenario analysis and long-term policy implications. Her main policy interest is social protection, particularly the design of inclusive systems that anticipate social, economic and climate risks and protect vulnerable groups. Chanipa is determined to translate evidence and uncertainty into practical policy reforms that strengthen public institutions and deliver lasting social impact.
