About the role
 
We are seeking to appoint a Programme Administrator to support the School’s Executive Fellowships and Visitors programmes.
 
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for Fellows and Visitors, providing a consistently high standard of service throughout their time at the School. You will coordinate a wide range of logistics, such as onboarding, tutorials, accommodation, travel, visa arrangements, and personalised inductions in accordance with University and School policies.
 
Working closely with HR, faculty, and internal teams, you will support admissions, immigration checks, and day-to-day programme operations. The role also involves tracking budgets, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring key milestones and timelines.
 
About You 
 
You will be highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a flexible can-do attitude and the resilience to respond to changing priorities. Strong customer service skills and a personable, diplomatic manner are essential, along with the ability to use tact, discretion, and initiative when working with a wide range of senior stakeholders. This role would suit somebody who enjoys the ownership of projects, logistics, building warm relationships, and working on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 
Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, strong organisational and numeracy skills, and the ability to undertake research and provide recommendations, are also essential.
