The Trade and Public Policy Network (TaPP Network) hosts the profiles of more than 60 experts specialised in all areas of UK trade policy and was founded by Emily Jones, Associate Professor in Public Policy at the Blavatnik School, and Gregory Messenger, Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Liverpool.

TaPP Network will help connect academics with expertise on UK trade policy with civil servants, parliamentary researchers, journalists, and others looking for expert input, with the aim to increase the breadth and depth of evidence available to decision-makers in this critical area of UK policy, and help inform the public debate.
