Federica D’Alessandra and Ambassador Stephen Rapp organised and ran a panel discussion at the 51st Session of the UN Human Rights Council on 26 September 2022.
The panel, entitled ‘UN body-created investigation mandates: should the road ahead lead to a standing, permanent solution?’ focused on establishing permanent investigative support for UN mandates, as part of ELAC’s work on anchoring accountability for mass atrocities.
