Dapo Akande, Professor of Public International Law, contributed to a report published this week by Foreign Policy Analytics and Microsoft on how to create an international framework for peace, security and cooperation in the cyber world. Contributors to the report include Madeleine Albright, former US Secretary of State; Brad Smith, Microsoft President; Tim Berners Lee, inventor of the internet; Peter Maurer, ICRC President.

Dapo Akande, who is also co-director of the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict, co-authored a piece entitled "Writing the Rulebook for Cyberspace" on how existing international law can be a starting point to regulate the cyberspace.
