biography

Zelda Hollings grew up in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Her interest in energy challenges has lead her all over the world.

Zelda completed a master's in Sustainable Systems Engineering at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. While there she wrote code for the effective integration of renewable energy for the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO).

She then volunteered for an NGO, EnergyLab, in Cambodia where she mentored female engineers, installed solar in remote communities and analysed policy opportunities.

Zelda has spent the last two years at McKinsey & Co., Sydney where she focused on sustainability and renewable energy projects. She is excited to study for the MPP and the MBA 1+1 to understand the effective application of international policy. Zelda is a Pershing Square Scholar.
