biography

Yujie is a dedicated policy researcher and advocate with a background in sociology and social work. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from East China Normal University, where she received multiple scholarships for academic excellence. Motivated by a strong commitment to international public service and inclusive policy-making, Yujie has gained experience with international organisations such as the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). Hery work has encompassed policy analysis, administrative reform, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, particularly in relation to global gender representation and workforce equity.

Yujie is especially passionate about embedding gender equality within wider global agendas, including international security, climate change, and international development. She remains dedicated to grassroots engagement, working to cultivate social entrepreneurship in my local community. Yujie is a Creat scholar.
