Yudan is from China where she earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Persian Language and Literature and Economics at Peking University. In 2018, she completed an exchange study at Imam Khomeini National University of Iran which shaped her early interest in how public policies interact with regional culture and social livelihoods. Yudan has nearly six years of professional experience in Middle East focused diplomatic work centered on cross regional communication and policy related coordination. Her practical exposure has made her attentive to real world gaps between policy theory and local implementation across diverse cultural contexts. Yudan’s policy interests centre on behavioural public policy international governance and cross border economic coordination. She’s dedicated to exploring inclusive context adaptive policy design that connects academic theory with on the ground needs to deliver effective people centred public governance. DPHILS
