Will is from Toronto, Canada where he worked as a political advisor in the Canadian government and advised three Cabinet Ministers on the implementation of key social policy initiatives. Most recently, Will led the government's policy work on implementing Canada’s new $30 Billion child care plan and Canada's National Housing Strategy. Throughout his career he has worked as data chair on five local, regional, and national elections.
Will obtained his undergraduate degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada where he specialised in quantitative research methods, Soviet politics, and analytic philosophy. He also studied literature with a specific interest in the works of John Milton. Will's principal area of policy interest is social policy, with a particular focus on child care policy.
