As a government expert at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, he contributed to monitoring of judicial reform and developed legislative concepts. His experience as an associate at top tier law firms refined his ability to resolve complex disputes and design effective strategies. Volodymyr is eager to promote improved policy standards in Ukraine and contribute to post-war recovery.
