Victoria Reeves is the Head of Outreach and Engagement in the Executive Programmes team at the Blavatnik School of Government.

Victoria oversees the Outreach and Engagement pillar and is responsible for the executive programmes’ engagement strategy. She coordinates outreach activity with other key stakeholders across the school, in order to build key institutional relationships within the public sector and recruit participants onto our suite of open programmes. Victoria works closely with the Marketing Campaigns Manager to develop recruitment and marketing strategies across all programmes and strengthen the network of potential participants.
