Victoria Reeves is the Outreach and Recruitment Manager in the Executive Programmes team at the Blavatnik School of Government.

Victoria is responsible for the recruitment and admission of participants for the senior executive education programmes. She focuses on building partnerships with public sector organisations, in order to promote the School’s executive programmes, and strengthen the network of potential participants.

Prior to joining the School, Victoria worked across a wide variety of industry sectors, specialising in recruitment and account management. She holds a BSc in Social Sciences from the University of Bath.
