Veronika Dvorakova is the Research Project Manager for the What Works Hub for Global Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) Study, an FCDO-funded initiative focused on identifying effective interventions and best practices to improve education outcomes in Sierra Leone and Ghana. She oversees the finance, administration and delivery of the EOF project, alongside managing a portfolio of other projects at the Blavatnik School of Government. Additionally, Veronika supports preparations for the next REF impact case study submissions.

Prior to her current role, Veronika served as a Project Officer for the DeliverEd Programme, a multi-country initiative examining the structures, processes, and practices governments adopt to better align their bureaucracies and frontline professionals with achieving education policy goals. In this role, she oversaw the delivery of all project plans and managed day-to-day operations, including procurement, financial oversight, and donor reporting.

Before joining the Blavatnik School of Government in January 2020, Veronika worked as a Project Administrator for the DfID-funded research programme Electricity and Economic Growth at Oxford Policy Management. She also served as a Programme Strategy and Impact Team Support Officer at Oxfam GB, where she provided administrative support for the Economic Justice and WASH teams.

Veronika holds a first-class honours degree with distinction in International Relations and Anthropology and a master’s degree with distinction in Migration Studies, from the University of Sussex.
