Taylor works closely with colleagues across the Development Team and the wider Blavatnik School community to build and strengthen relationships with the School's donors and strategic partners. She supports the delivery of donor engagement and stewardship initiatives, including bespoke visits, events, and communications that deepen connections with the School and advance its mission.

Taylor joined the Blavatnik School in January 2025 as Development Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Associate Dean for Philanthropy. In July 2026, she took up the role of Donor and Partnership Relations Officer (maternity cover), supporting the School's philanthropic partnerships and donor engagement.

Before joining the School, Taylor was Executive Assistant to the Mayor at the City of Mandurah in Western Australia. She has experience across the public, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Communications from The University of Western Australia.
