Taylor joined the Blavatnik School of Government in January 2025 as the Executive Assistant to the Associate Dean for Philanthropy and Development Coordinator. 

Before joining the School, Taylor served as the Executive Assistant to the Mayor at the City of Mandurah, where she managed complex schedules, supported high-profile events, and fostered connections with key stakeholders. Taylor’s background also includes experience in corporate and not-for-profit sectors, showcasing her adaptability and strong interpersonal skills. 

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Communications from The University of Western Australia.
