Tatjana grew up in Boulder, Colorado, and most recently lived in Washington, D.C. serving as a political appointee in the Biden-Harris administration. At the Department of Transportation, she was a core member of the team that delivered the $1.2 trillion Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and led development of the U.S. Blueprint for Transportation Decarbonization, a landmark strategy for reaching zero emissions in the transportation sector. At the White House, Tatjana managed implementation of over $720 billion in transportation and energy infrastructure investments. Most recently, she worked on state-level infrastructure advocacy as Senior Manager for Policy Research at the American Society of Civil Engineers. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Policy from the University of California, Davis, where she also ran division cross country and track.
