Tadzoka is a policy practitioner, social entrepreneur, and international development consultant driving impact across 15+ years. As Director on the Impact Hub Global Network Board, she shapes strategy for 120+ hubs across 64+ countries while serving as Regional Board Chair and representing Africa and the Middle East. She regularly contributes to G20 policy dialogue through platforms such as the Global Solutions Summit, bridging implementation with high-level policy.
Operating across four languages, her consultancy portfolio spans the African Development Bank, World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, and UN agencies, developing programmes on social entrepreneurship and inclusive economic development. As Founder of Impact Hub Harare, she scaled from solo operator to 20-staff enterprise serving 500+ social entrepreneurs, securing USD$3+ million to drive grassroots implementation, creating economic opportunities for rural and urban communities. Her entrepreneurial ventures—both business and non-profit—thrive across Zimbabwe.
