Tadzoka is from Harare, Zimbabwe, with degrees in Political Science, English, and International Studies. Ten years ago, she founded Impact Hub Harare and now serves as Global Board Director of the Impact Hub Network and Chairperson representing Africa and the Middle East. As an international consultant, Tadzoka works at the intersection of policy and practice, empowering vulnerable communities through social entrepreneurship while contributing to frameworks like UNHCR's Refugee Entrepreneurship Roadmap. Her unique perspectives bridge grassroots innovation with policy design, having coached numerous startups while advocating for gender equality and digital inclusion at regional and global levels. She is passionate about translating participatory methodologies into scalable policy solutions. The MPP will deepen Tadzoka's analytical capabilities to architect more effective policy frameworks that drive holistic socio-economic transformation across Africa. Tadzoka is a Beit-AfOx-Blavatnik scholar.
