biography

Sverre Laurits recently graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) where he pursued a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialisation in financial economics. He also holds a bachelor's degree from NHH. During his studies Sverre Laurits went on exchange twice, first to the National University of Singapore, and later to Imperial College Business School.

Sverre Laurits' professional background includes internship experiences from different industries, exploring public policy, management consulting, investment banking, and equity research. Sverre Laurits served 12 months in the army as a patrol leader at the border between Norway and Russia. Sverre Laurits' main policy interests are related to economic and social policy. He is particularly excited about learning how to develop policies that can support a well-functioning tax system, effective and efficient public spending, and regulations stimulating growth and value creation in the private sector.
