Srinithya is a Policy Engagement and Communications Associate at the Government Outcomes Lab.

Srinithya supports the work of our Fellows of Practice, Engaging with Evidence and International Network for Data on Impact and Governance Outcomes (INDIGO).

Prior to Oxford, Srinithya worked in policy areas of training and employment at the Human Resources Development Fund, a government agency under the Ministry of Human Resources in Malaysia. 

She holds a degree in Brain and Behavioural Science from Purdue University and recently completed a Master in Public Policy (MPP) at the Blavatnik School of Government.
