Siddhi Pal is a development sector consultant from India working at Girl Up, United Nations Foundation and the Queens Commonwealth Trust.

She is a Social Psychologist and holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a BA in Psychology and Entrepreneurship from Ashoka University, India.

As a gender justice advocate with experience working with youth in over ten countries, Siddhi's policy interests lie in themes intersecting with gender equity, youth leadership, and sustainable development.

She co-founded India’s first gay-straight alliance at the school level when she was 14 years old and has since established an NGO that advocates for gender equity in India and Sri Lanka, launched an international e-magazine with readership in over 13 countries, consulted with NGOs in eight South-Asian countries, and started a podcast to shift the narrative around conventional leadership with listeners in over 21 countries.
