Senia supports the Blavatnik School's Development and Alumni Relations team, providing executive support to senior leadership and helping deliver donor engagement, strategic projects, and operational initiatives that advance the School's philanthropic priorities.

She joined the Blavatnik School in July 2026 as Executive Assistant and Development Coordinator. Prior to this, she worked in academic administration, specialising in programme operations, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional coordination within higher education.

Senia holds a Master of Studies (MSt) in Medieval Studies from the University of Oxford and a dual BA in Art History and Visual Arts from Columbia University and Trinity College Dublin. She is fluent in English and Russian, with advanced Italian and Japanese.
