Sarah holds a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the Australian National University and spent her early stage career at the intersection of lived experience and public policy. Most recently, as Executive Director of With You We Can, an Australian organisation focused on improving justice outcomes for victim survivors of sexual violence, she led efforts to advance independent legal representation, helping build the policy and political momentum behind pilot implementation across every state and territory. Sarah’s previous roles with The Smith Family and 10x10 Philanthropy strengthened her interest in how governments and civil society can work together to address complex social challenges. In her spare time, she supports Run For It, a youth-led movement encouraging young people to run for office. Sarah’s policy interests include justice reform, gender-based violence, democratic participation, and building institutions that are more equitable and effective for the people they serve.
