I am a community organiser and development practitioner with thirteen years of experience. I provide policy advice to parliamentary committees, electoral commissions, political parties and international donors. I have facilitated legislation and policies on constitutional and electoral governance, civic engagement, public accountability and national development. I am currently engaged as a member of the steering committee for the preparation of Nigeria's Medium-Term Development Plan (2021–2025) and Nigeria Agenda 2020. My quest for a better-governed Africa and a public policy framework that puts citizens at the centre of politics and governance informed my decision to join the MPP. My key interests include democracy, public leadership, ICT for development and international development. I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in law. I am the Executive Director of Yiaga Africa and Convener of the Not Too Young To Run movement that led to the reduction of age limits for running for public office.
