biography

Before starting the DPhil in Public Policy, I completed the MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy as a 2018 Rhodes Scholar at the Department of International Development, University of Oxford.

In 2019, I completed the Master of Public Policy (MPP) with a distinction from the Blavatnik School of Government.

Prior to my studies in Oxford, I obtained a BA LLB (Hons) from Gujarat National Law University, India and am qualified to practise in India.

My work experience ranges from internships at Indian courts and law firms to research assistantships with professors and government bodies.

Most recently, I worked as a Research Assistant at the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict (ELAC), where I authored a report on increasing accountability for crimes against children in armed conflicts. I am also associated with the EURO-EXPERT Project as a consultant.

My broad research and policy interests include international law, human rights and counterinsurgency policies.
