biography

Sabah is the daughter of Pakistani immigrants to the United States and is a Muslim-American. She most recently completed her undergraduate studies in Finance at the University of Utah.

Sabah's interests lie primarily in the intersection of finance and criminal justice and are shaped by her experiences in financial crime prevention at Goldman Sachs, legislative research at the Utah Attorney General's Office, and special projects for the president of her undergraduate institution. As part of her MPP summer project, Sabah researched the benefits and risks to consumers of ex-ante and ex-post financial regulation as it relates to emerging technology and markets, specifically focusing on the regulatory responses to Nasdaq and Coinbase.

Upon completion of the MSc, Sabah plans on attending law school in the United States and further cultivating her passion for financial regulation and equity in global markets.

Sabah is a Rhodes Scholar.
