Roxana Radu is an Associate Professor of Digital Technologies and Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford and a Hugh Price Fellow at Jesus College. Her research examines the international governance, regulation, and security of the Internet and AI systems. Her work has been published in leading journals such as Policy & Society, Journal of Cybersecurity, Global Policy, and Telecommunications Policy. Currently, she serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Cyber Policy. Building on her academic work, she often advises governments and international organizations on digital governance. She is a member of the EU AI Act Scientific Panel and has formerly served on the Advisory Group of the EU Cybersecurity Agency (2022-2025). 

At the Blavatnik School, she is the Research Director of the Oxford Cyber and Tech Policy programme and co-chairs the Rising Public Leaders Programme.
