Richard is an entrepreneurship development consultant at GrowthAfrica, where he manages accelerator programmes supporting early stage ventures across West Africa. Richard’s experience spans strategy, operations, entrepreneurship development, business advisory and policy analysis. Previously, as a management consultant at Deloitte, he contributed to the development of Ghana's National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme and advised businesses and institutions on growth and strategic development. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Resource Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from the University of Energy and Natural Resources, where he graduated with first class honours and served as student council president. Richard’s interests centre on how institutions and financial systems can improve enterprise growth, with particular interest in capital markets, development finance, enterprise support systems and entrepreneurship led economic transformation across Africa and broader economic development.
