Rejoice is an economist, management consultant and development professional from Nigeria who has dedicated the past four years to designing and implementing transformative health system reforms in Nigeria. Her expertise spans a wide range of critical areas, including governance, health policy and planning, health financing, and human capital development, both at the national and subnational levels.

Rejoice has played a pivotal role in supporting the Ministry of Health, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of budget process reforms across all three phases of the budget cycle. Additionally, she led the implementation of a Management Capacity Strengthening intervention, which played a key role in fortifying the operationalisation of the Basic Health Provision Funds at the Niger State Primary HealthCare Agency. Rejoice's key interests include understanding the relationship between health financing, planning and capacity building and politics.
