Rayan Saidi El Djouzi is a Programmes Assistant at the Blavatnik School of Government. He initially joined the Reception team in July 2024, before taking on the additional role of Teaching Facilitator in September 2024. In this capacity, he supported the delivery of lectures, seminars, and student activities for the Master of Public Policy (MPP) programme.

Transitioning to his current role in March 2025, Rayan now provides administrative and logistical support for the school’s academic programmes, ensuring smooth operations for faculty and students.
