Rachel joined the Blavatnik School of Government as Programmes Assistant in September 2020 and in June 2021, became Programme Officer (Teaching Support). In this role, she supports the ‘virtual in-person’ learning experience from timetabling, learning resources, Faculty planning and the delivery of hybrid online and in-person teaching for the Master of Public Policy and MSc Public Policy Research programmes. Prior to joining the School, Rachel worked as a Programme Co-ordinator within executive education at the Saïd Business School. Rachel has delivered a wide range of programmes to public and private sectors organisations worldwide. 

In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and renovating her home.
