Rachel Gaw is Head of Alumni and Supporter Relations. In this role, she is working to build and sustain a connected community of alumni that supports one another across sectors and borders. Rachel is deeply drawn to the Blavatnik School's mission of developing public leaders who go on to shape policy and governance around the world. She is committed to ensuring that the School's alumni community remains a vital, active network - one that continues to support its members as they take on public roles and tackle complex challenges in government and beyond.
Rachel brings a decade of experience in alumni relations and engagement across the University of Oxford. Prior to joining the Blavatnik School, she served as Alumni Strategy and Engagement Manager at Magdalen College, Oxford, where she developed and delivered strategic engagement programmes for its global alumni community. Before that, she worked as a Senior Programme Manager at Saïd Business School. Rachel holds a degree in Politics, and serves as a committee member on the Advancing Oxford committee, organising learning opportunities and networking events for those in development roles across Oxford.
