Phurichaya (Satang) is a Thai policy strategist and Advisor to the House Foreign Affairs Committee, where she advances international cooperation and evidence-based policy. She helped secure Thailand’s marriage-equality law, led nationwide COVID-19 initiatives with Thai Government and WHO, and currently manages a regional sustainability programme across Mekong subregion. Previously, Satang served as Assistant to the House Speaker, Assistant to a Member of Parliament, and as a Specialist to the House National Debt Solution Committee, where she worked on policies to promote inclusive economic growth and social protection. A valedictorian and First-Class Honours graduate from Chulalongkorn University, she is passionate about grassroots empowerment and committed to designing forward-looking policies that deliver equitable development across Thailand and ASEAN. Satang is an Oxford-Oxford Thai Foundation scholar.
