Oluwapelumi (Pelumi) is from Nigeria, a chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience in public sector financial management. She currently serves as Deputy Manager in the Finance and Accounts Department at Nigerian Communications Satellite (NIGCOMSAT), where she led strategic financial operations that improved budget efficiency, enhanced internal controls, and significantly increased capital disbursement performance. She holds an MBA, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Pelumi recently completed the final paper for her ACCA qualification. Her policy interests centre on strengthening public sector efficiency, ensuring value for money in government spending, and designing systems that deliver equitable outcomes.
